Construction

Saracen offers in-house construction management services as part of an integrated approach to value engineer projects, accelerate design / construction schedules, and to facilitate leasing. With over twenty years of experience and $300 Million in projects, Saracen’s construction management services are integral to Saracen’s consistent on-time, on-budget performance.

Property Management

Saracen currently manages over 2.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial facilities. Rigorous quality and cost controls provide Saracen-managed properties with satisfied tenants and low operating expense bases. Tenant retention programs are implemented in the daily course of managing the property; years prior to tenant lease expirations. Saracen uses the latest and most reliable technology, including Timberline, AMSI and Yardi accounting software for financial reporting.

Asset Management

Thoughtful planning carefully matches an asset’s business plan with its capital plan to yield optimal leasing and value results for ownership. Saracen’s extensive experience as an owner of property provides a well-balanced approach to planning and budgeting for maximum impact of budgeted improvements.

Investment Acquisition Services

Saracen Properties announces that it has acquired the former I-Park Office Park in Waltham, MA, in partnership with Trammell Crow Company for $37,500,000.

The property will undergo a $35,000,000 redevelopment and repositioning campaign.
