Trio of tenants sign on at One Washington

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. announced Friday that the Massachusetts Bankers Association leased 8,031 square feet, the McLaughlin Brothers PC leased 2,990 square feet and Kimball Brousseau LLP leased 1,569 square feet. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive leasing agent for the owners of One Washington, Saracen Properties and AEW Capital Management.

The mid-rise office building was recently upgraded to include new elevators, a renovated lobby as well as an interior and exterior redesign.
